The COR-1910030 Overland+ long rear upper control arms are engineered for the 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT platform on long arm suspension systems running 3.5" to 6"+ of lift. The arm body is machined from 1-3/8" solid steel stock — a deliberate design choice for rear upper arms where a slim profile is required to clear the frame rail, body tub, and bed structure under full articulation. Solid stock at this diameter delivers higher tensile and bending strength than a comparable hollow tube, which is critical for the rear upper arm's role in controlling axle rotation and pinion angle under load. Both the adjuster end and the axle-side mount use Clayton's GIIRO dual-durometer bushing — a softer outer durometer for NVH isolation and a stiffer inner core for lateral load resistance. Self-centering geometry allows 30° of misalignment without binding through the full droop-to-compression cycle. The arm tube and housing are identical to the Premium version (COR-1910230), which uses a Johnny Joint forged rod end at the adjuster. Adjusters are field-swappable between Overland+ and Premium spec without replacing the arm. Lifetime warranty. Made in the USA. Sold as a pair.

Installation & Fabrication Notes
- Long arm bracket required — these arms will NOT install on a factory short arm skid plate or OEM frame bracket. Verify your long arm conversion bracket is in place before ordering.
- Adjust arm length to approximate pinion angle and caster target before installation — fine-tune at ride height after the vehicle is on the ground.
- Torque all pivot bolts at ride height, not at full droop — torquing at droop preloads the GIIRO bushing and accelerates wear.
- Rear alignment (toe, thrust angle, and pinion angle) must be set after installation — do not skip alignment on a long arm build.
- GIIRO bushings are maintenance-free — no grease fittings, no service intervals at the bushing ends.
- On JT models with ADAS: recalibrate rear sensors and cameras after suspension geometry changes per Jeep service procedure.
- Inspect solid arm body for contact points against frame, body tub, and bed floor at full droop and full compression before finalizing installation.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
Compatible with standard JT wheel and tire combinations up to 37" tires on long arm lift systems running 3.5"–6"+ of lift. Larger tire fitment (38"+) may require additional clearance modifications — verify with your builder.
Engineering Question: Are you running a factory short arm suspension system on your JT? If yes, these long rear upper arms require a long arm frame bracket — they will not mount to the OEM upper arm bracket.
