Fitment, Shipping & Product Support

Is This for You?

  • You're lifting your Gladiator JT and want full GIIRO joints at both the adjuster and axle side β€” the Overland+ uses GIIRO dual-durometer bushings at both ends for a maintenance-free, noise-free setup that never needs greasing.
  • You want the option to upgrade to Johnny Joint adjusters later without replacing the entire arm β€” the Overland+ and Premium (COR-1910220) share identical arm tubes; only the adjuster end differs, so you can swap hardware in the future without buying new arms.
  • You're running a lifted JT and your rear axle is walking, binding, or producing NVH from worn OEM stamped arms β€” these long rear lower arms correct axle centering, eliminate bind through full articulation, and outlast OEM geometry under trail load.

The Result

  • Full GIIRO dual-durometer joints at both adjuster and axle side β€” maintenance-free, self-centering, unrestricted movement with no grease intervals.
  • Long rear lower geometry corrects axle centering and caster on lifted JT builds β€” eliminates the axle walk and bind common with OEM-length arms at lift.
  • Lifetime warranty, USA manufacture, and adjuster-swappable design β€” the arm is a permanent platform; the joint spec is upgradeable.

The COR-1910020 Overland+ long rear lower control arms are built for the 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT platform and engineered around Clayton's GIIRO dual-durometer bushing at both the adjuster end and the axle-side mount. The GIIRO bushing uses a dual-durometer rubber compound β€” a softer outer layer that absorbs NVH and road vibration, and a stiffer inner core that resists lateral deflection under load. Self-centering geometry allows up to 30Β° of misalignment without binding, which is critical on lifted JT builds where rear axle droop and wrap angles exceed OEM design parameters. The long arm geometry extends the rear lower control arm pivot point forward, correcting pinion angle and axle centering on lifts where OEM-length arms produce caster error and axle walk. The arm tube and housing are identical to the Premium version (COR-1910220) β€” the only difference is the adjuster joint type. Overland+ uses GIIRO at the adjuster; Premium uses a Johnny Joint forged rod end. Adjusters are field-swappable, so the arm is a permanent investment regardless of which joint spec you prefer. Lifetime warranty. Made in the USA. Sold as a pair.

Verified Fitment (OFAS Standard)

βœ… Fits 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT β€” All Trims (Sport, Sport S, Willys, Overland, Mojave, Rubicon, Texas Trail, High Altitude) β€” Rear Lower, Long
❌ Does NOT fit Jeep Wrangler JK (2007–2018) β€” different rear suspension geometry
❌ Does NOT fit Jeep Wrangler JL (2018–2026) β€” different rear lower arm length and pivot spec
❌ Does NOT fit short rear lower arm positions β€” long arm geometry only
❌ Does NOT replace front control arm positions

Installation & Fabrication Notes

  • Long rear lower control arms require a long arm suspension system or long arm conversion β€” verify your skid plate and frame bracket configuration before ordering.
  • Adjust arm length before installation to approximate lift height and pinion angle target β€” fine-tune at ride height after installation.
  • Rear alignment (toe, thrust angle, and pinion angle) must be set after installation β€” do not skip alignment on a long arm build.
  • Torque all pivot bolts at ride height, not at full droop β€” torquing at droop will preload the GIIRO bushing and accelerate wear.
  • GIIRO bushings are maintenance-free β€” no grease fittings, no service intervals required at the bushing.
  • On JT models with ADAS: recalibrate rear sensors and cameras after suspension geometry changes per Jeep service procedure.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard JT wheel and tire combinations up to 37" tires on long arm lift systems. Running 35"–37" tires is typical for this arm configuration. Larger tire fitment (38"+) may require additional clearance modifications β€” verify with your builder.

Engineering Question: Are you running a short arm suspension system on your JT? If yes, these long rear lower arms require a long arm frame bracket or conversion kit β€” they will not bolt into a short arm skid plate configuration. Confirm your suspension system type before ordering.
