Installation Notes

Skill level: Intermediate — requires suspension removal and torqueing at ride height.

Tools required: Torque wrench, basic hand tools, jack and jack stands for suspension at ride height.

Replacement sequence:

1. Support the vehicle with the suspension at ride height — do not remove the joint at full droop or full compression.
2. Remove the axle-end bolt from the existing GIIRO joint adjuster.
3. Unthread the worn GIIRO joint adjuster from the track bar tube — note the jam nut position for reference on reinstallation thread depth.
4. Thread the COR-4500002 replacement adjuster onto the track bar tube — confirm 1" x 14 threads fully engage.
5. Set track bar length to the previously established centering position before reinstalling at the axle mount.
6. Install the 12mm thru-bolt through the axle mount and the new GIIRO bushing.
