The COR-2209100 is Clayton Off Road's front long arm frame bracket set for the 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT. These weld-on brackets relocate the front lower control arm mounting points rearward on the frame to accommodate the longer arm geometry of a long arm system. Long arm geometry reduces the pinion angle change through suspension travel compared to short arm systems, which reduces driveline vibration and improves caster correction at lift height. Installation requires cutting off the factory front lower control arm brackets from the frame and welding the new brackets in their place — this is a fabrication-level installation, not a bolt-on swap. Control arms are not included — these are frame brackets only. Diesel JL and JT models include a self-tapping bolt for remounting the electronic diesel module to the frame after the bracket area is modified. Ships raw steel at 14 lbs. Made in the USA.

Installation & Fabrication Notes
- Cutting and welding are required — factory front lower control arm brackets must be cut from the frame before these brackets can be installed. Do not attempt installation without appropriate cutting and welding equipment.
- Brackets ship raw steel — clean, prep, and prime the frame mounting area before welding. Finish the brackets after installation to prevent corrosion.
- Use the included 5/8" hardware for bracket mounting and M12-1.5x110mm hardware for outer cross-member bolt replacement if the factory bolts were not swapped during installation.
- Diesel JL/JT models: Use the included self-tapping bolt to remount the electronic diesel module to the frame after the bracket area is modified.
- Control arms are not included — source your Clayton Off Road long arm control arms separately before beginning installation.
- Full 4-wheel alignment required after installation — long arm geometry changes caster and pinion angle significantly; use a shop familiar with long arm JL/JT geometry.
- Verify driveshaft angle and length after installation — long arm systems change pinion angle and may require driveshaft modification depending on lift height.
