Fabrication process:

1. Confirm your high-steer axle mount is at the lower position configuration this kit is designed for.
2. Determine required track bar length for your lower-position high-steer build geometry.
3. Source main track bar tube in 1-3/4" OD DOM at the correct length.
4. Cut main tube to length.
5. Weld included 1-3/4" OD DOM tube end to main tube — full-penetration weld.
6. Thread adjustable heim joint assembly onto the threaded tube end.
7. Set heim joint to correct length for your build geometry. Torque jam nut.
8. Install fabricated track bar in the lower-position high-steer front axle mount.
9. Verify front axle is centered laterally.
10. Complete full front alignment.
