The factory JL/JT front sway bar end links are a fixed length designed for stock ride height — when the vehicle is lifted, the end links are too short to allow the front sway bar to reach its correct operating angle, causing bind, premature wear on the sway bar bushings and frame mounts, and reduced suspension travel. These adjustable end links correct the geometry by allowing the length to be set precisely for the installed lift height. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Install these adjustable end links in the factory front sway bar end link positions — bolt-in, no cutting or modification required.
• Set the end link length with the vehicle at ride height and the suspension at the correct static position — adjust until the front sway bar is at its correct operating angle with no preload or bind.
• Torque all hardware to specification at ride height.
• Verify full suspension travel (droop and compression) with no end link binding or over-extension after installation.
• If installing front and rear adjustable end links simultaneously, set both positions at ride height before final torque.
