This system fits the 2019 and newer Ram 1500 in standard trims (non-Rebel, non-Off-Road Package) with a coil-spring front suspension, without the RamBox storage system or Multi-Function Tailgate. The standard 1500 rear coil springs included with this system are specifically not compatible with trucks equipped with RamBox, Multi-Function Tailgate, or Rebel/Off-Road geometry — those applications require different Carli systems.

Component Specifications

Difference from Rebel systems: The rear coil spring is the hardware that separates this system from both Rebel variants. This system uses CS-RAM15MRC-19-R (standard 1500 non-Rebel progressive-rate rear coils). The Rebel systems use CS-RAM15MRC-RBL-19-R or CS-RAM15MRC-RBL-19-R-HD. The front coil spring geometry also differs between standard and Rebel applications. All shock and UCA hardware is shared across all three Performance 2.5 variants.

Installation Notes

Skill level: Advanced. This is a complete suspension system replacement — coilovers, UCAs, rear coils, rear piggyback shocks, extended sway bar end links, and brake lines. A qualified suspension shop with 2019+ Ram 1500 experience is required.

Post-install alignment: Full front-end alignment is mandatory after installation. Do not drive at highway speed until alignment is completed. Budget for alignment when planning total project cost.

Driveline geometry: At approximately 2" to 2.5" of front lift with new UCAs and performance coils, confirm caster, camber, toe, and U-joint operating angles with your alignment shop after installation.

Critical installation warning — rear shocks: The King 2.5" rear piggyback shocks are longer than the factory rear coil spring perch allows. Installing only the rear shocks without the Carli rear coil springs will cause the factory rear springs to fall out of the truck. The complete system must be installed together. No partial installation.

My standard Ram 1500 has RamBox — which system do I need?
Not this one. Carli explicitly states that the standard 1500 rear coil spring (CS-RAM15MRC-19-R) included in this system is only applicable for non-Rebel/non-Off-Road trucks without RamBox or Multi-Function Tailgate. If your standard 1500 has RamBox, it needs the Rebel rear coil springs — which means you order CS-RAM15PERF25-RBL-19 (the Rebel system with standard-load Rebel coils).
