Why 57x43 and not a standard 5-foot bed size? The Gladiator's bed interior is narrower than a full-size truck's 5.5-foot or 5.7-foot bed and slightly narrower than a Tacoma's 5-foot bed. Bedslide engineered a Gladiator-specific platform to fit the interior correctly. The 57x43 does not fit other trucks, and no other current Bedslide platform is the correct substitute for the Gladiator.

BedBin accessory note: Bedslide's BedBin storage attachments, specifically the Mini Kix and Side Kix bins, do not fit within the Gladiator's narrower bed interior in standard mounting positions. At least one verified owner report (confirmed by Bedslide's engineering department) notes the bed is too narrow for the side bins without relocating mounting plates. Critical Compatibility
The Gladiator bed is narrower than every other mid-size or full-size truck this catalog covers. That narrow interior is the reason this SKU exists — and it's also what creates the installation constraints unique to this platform.
Drilling required: Unlike most Bedslide applications where factory anchor points accept a no-drill kit, the Gladiator does not have a confirmed Bedslide no-drill kit. Standard installation requires drilling new mounting points into the bed floor. If drilling is a firm non-starter, contact us before ordering to verify whether workarounds are available. This is not a no-drill installation out of the box.
Bed liner compatibility: Installing over a spray-in or drop-in liner is not recommended. The Gladiator's already-narrow interior leaves little margin for liner thickness variation without affecting platform alignment. Remove liner before installation.
BedBin accessory incompatibility: The side storage accessories in Bedslide's BedBin line require clearance between the Bedslide platform edges and the truck bed sidewalls. The Gladiator's narrower interior reduces that clearance to the point where Mini Kix bins cannot mount in standard position, and Side Kix bins require plate modification. This is a known, manufacturer-confirmed issue.
Soft top and tonneau cover clearance: The Gladiator is commonly configured with soft tops, hard tops, and folding tonneau covers. Will this fit my Jeep Wrangler?
No. The Wrangler is an SUV — it has no truck bed. The Gladiator JT is the only Jeep truck, and this platform is specifically sized for the Gladiator's 5-foot bed.
Is there a silver version?
Yes — the silver edition is SKU 10-5743-CLS. All dimensions, specifications, and capacity are identical. Only the finish differs.
Does this require drilling?
Yes, for the Gladiator specifically. Unlike most Bedslide applications, no factory no-drill mount kit is confirmed for the Gladiator JT. Does the slide pull all the way past the tailgate?

No universal platform fits it correctly. If you have a Gladiator and you want a cargo slide, this is your only confirmed Bedslide option at the Classic tier.
The black finish makes practical sense on the Gladiator more than on most trucks.
