The 2007–2021 Tundra leaves the factory with a deliberate front-to-rear rake — the front sits lower than the rear to compensate for payload and towing loads at the rear axle. SKU 810H raises the front 3 inches to match the rear stance, eliminating the rake for a flat, aggressive profile.

This is not a full lift kit. A leveling kit does not increase total suspension travel, does not raise the rear of the truck, and does not provide the same front clearance gain as a full coil-over or coil spring lift system. If you need more than a level stance — additional lift height, increased suspension travel, or clearance for significantly larger tires — a full lift kit is the correct solution. Installation Notes

Skill Level: Intermediate. Steel strut spacer installation on the Tundra platform is more involved than a basic leveling spacer on a truck with a simpler front suspension. Proper lifting equipment, a torque wrench, and working knowledge of front suspension disassembly are required. Professional installation is strongly recommended if you have not performed strut work before.

• Floor jack and rated jack stands
• Torque wrench
• Full socket and wrench set
• Spring compressor if required per BDS instructions

Alignment: Front-end alignment is mandatory after installation. Do not operate the vehicle on public roads before alignment is completed. Running a leveled truck without post-installation alignment causes accelerated tire wear and steering pull.

Factory Strut Condition: Inspect factory struts before installation. Worn, leaking, or compromised factory struts must be replaced before spacer installation. Do not install BDS steel spacers over compromised struts — this is a safety issue and voids the BDS warranty.

Torque Specs: Follow BDS-specified torque values included in the installation instructions. Do not estimate torque values on a front suspension application.

Tire Fitment: A 3-inch leveling kit provides modest additional front clearance — not equivalent to a full lift. Confirm maximum tire diameter and wheel specifications with your wheel and tire supplier before ordering tires or this kit.
