Installation Notes

Skill Level: Intermediate. Coil spring spacer installation on the TJ/LJ platform requires proper spring compression technique, correct torque sequences, and safe lifting equipment. This is more involved than a simple bolt-on accessory — if you have not worked with coil spring suspension before, professional installation is strongly recommended.

Required Tools:

• Floor jack and rated jack stands
• Spring compressor
• Torque wrench
• Full socket and wrench set

Alignment: An alignment check is recommended after installation. At 0.75 inches of front lift via spacers, geometry correction is not typically required — but confirming alignment after any suspension change is best practice and prevents accelerated tire wear.

Factory Shock Condition: NX2 Nitro shocks are included in this kit and replace the factory shock assembly. At 0.75 inches of spacer lift, the NX2 Nitro shocks are correctly valved for this application. Do not run the spacers over factory shocks without the included NX2 Nitros.

The coil spacer approach in 415H preserves the factory coil springs — the lift is achieved by spacing the existing spring up, not replacing it. At 0.75 inches this is an acceptable approach.
