Installation Notes

Skill Level: Advanced. A 4-inch coil-over lift with 5-inch rear axle block on the GMT900 platform requires a qualified suspension shop. This is not a bolt-on leveling kit. Do not attempt DIY installation.

Required Tools:

• Full hydraulic lift rated for truck weight
• Coil-over compression tool
• Torque wrench
• Full socket and wrench set

Alignment: Full front-end alignment is mandatory after installation. Do not operate the vehicle on public roads before alignment is completed.

Rear Axle Block Installation: 5-inch axle blocks must be installed per BDS specifications. Confirm U-bolt torque specs and axle centering after installation. Improperly centered axle blocks cause driveline vibration and premature U-joint wear.

Reservoir Routing: Follow BDS and FOX installation instructions for FOX 2.5 PE reservoir placement. Avoid pinch points and heat sources. Incorrect reservoir routing causes premature shock failure.
