Installation Notes

Professional installation is strongly recommended for headlight replacement. Wiring harness PN 640172 and LP6 parts bag PN 65-0286 (for universal mounting brackets) must both be sourced and on hand before beginning installation. Motorcycle applications require a separately sourced harness — PN 640172 does not work on motorcycles.

DOT component caution: Do not attempt to modify, rework, or service the DOT LP6 headlight optics or lenses in the field. uService is not available on DOT products. Any tampering voids the warranty; repairs must be handled by Baja Designs directly.
