Fitment, Shipping & Product Support
Is This for You?
- You're running 35s or larger on your diesel Super Duty and the front end wanders at highway speed — every expansion joint sends a correction through the wheel, and your arms are tired by mile 200.
- You tow heavy on rough two-lane roads — sway starts at the front axle, and a single stabilizer runs out of damping mass to keep the steering planted under load.
- You've lifted your F-250 or F-350 and the geometry change made bump steer worse — you want a dual-damper setup built for the corrected tie rod angles, not a single-unit band-aid.
The Result
- Two Falcon steering dampers add the damping mass a single unit can't, calming the resonance that causes shimmy and wander on a solid front axle running oversized tires.
- A dedicated rear axle bracket, driver and passenger tie rod brackets, and a top plate hold correct damper geometry across the suspension travel range.
- Reduced bump steer, quicker steering response, and less driver fatigue on long hauls and technical terrain.
The case for a dual stabilizer on a solid front axle is simple: a single damper works one side of the linkage and reaches its damping limit sooner under high-frequency inputs — washboard, expansion joints, off-camber terrain. The ReadyLIFT 77-23200 mounts two Falcon dampers through a dedicated bracket assembly (rear axle bracket plus individual driver and passenger tie rod brackets and a top plate), adding damping mass across the linkage. Falcon's valving is application-tuned for the inertia loads of a diesel Super Duty front end — which is why ReadyLIFT specifies this kit for diesel trucks, not as a universal fit. The included U-bolt (3/8"-16 x 1.5 x 2.50) and hardware pack are specific to this bracket assembly. No cutting or welding required.

Verified Fitment
Fits — 2005–2026 Ford Super Duty, 4WD, diesel, 8-lug:
- 2005–2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD — diesel
- 2005–2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD — diesel
Does NOT Fit:
- Gas-engine Super Duty — ReadyLIFT specifies this kit for diesel applications only; gas trucks are not a listed fitment. Confirm your engine before ordering.
- 2WD F-250 / F-350 — 2WD Super Duty does not use a solid front axle; this kit requires an SFA.
- F-450 / F-550 — different front axle and tie rod geometry; not compatible.
- Ford F-150 — independent front suspension; incompatible application.
Note on F-350 DRW (dually): This stabilizer mounts to the front axle and steering linkage, which the SRW and DRW share on a given year — the dual-wheel rear axle does not change front fitment. If you're unsure of your front-axle configuration, confirm before ordering.
Critical Compatibility
| Configuration | Notes |
|---|---|
| Existing lift | Confirm tie rod angle compatibility with the dual-bracket geometry before installation. Extreme lift angles may call for additional tie rod correction. |
| Worn drag link / tie rod ends | Inspect and replace worn joints first — worn linkage defeats the damping improvement no matter which stabilizer is installed. |
| Gas engine | Not a listed application. Do not order for a gas Super Duty without confirming fitment. |
| 2WD | No solid front axle — will not fit. |
| 2023+ Super Duty with factory ADAS | ADAS re-calibration may be required after installation — see ReadyLIFT Installation Notes below. |
Installation Notes
Bolt-on — no cutting or welding for stock or lifted applications within the intended fitment range. Professional installation is highly recommended.
- Plan for a front-end alignment after installation — reset caster, camber, and toe to spec.
- Torque all bracket hardware to ReadyLIFT specification per the included installation sheet.
- Inspect drag link and tie rod ends for wear before install.
- If the truck is already lifted, confirm tie rod angle compatibility with the dual-bracket geometry prior to installation.
ReadyLIFT Installation Notes (manufacturer):
- Alignment: Your vehicle may require an alignment after product installation. You may incur additional costs to align the vehicle.
- Headlamp aim: For your safety and others, check and adjust your vehicle's headlamps for proper aim after product installation. You may incur additional costs to adjust the headlamp system.
- Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS): If your vehicle is equipped with active or passive safety/collision monitoring or assistance systems (including camera- or radar/sonar-based systems), check and adjust those systems for proper aim and function after installation. Some vehicles require OEM dealer service tools and factory-trained technicians to re-calibrate ADAS, and you may incur additional costs. This is most likely to apply to 2023+ Super Duty trucks with factory ADAS.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
This kit is engineered for Super Dutys running oversized tires — the added damping mass targets the increased unsprung weight and gyroscopic forces that larger rubber puts through the steering. Trucks on stock tires will still feel an improvement, but the dual-damper design earns its keep as tire size climbs into the 35"+ range. Confirm your exact tire size and lift height with us if you want the setup checked before ordering.
Common Questions
Will this fit my gas F-250 or F-350?
ReadyLIFT lists the 77-23200 for diesel Super Duty applications only — gas trucks are not a confirmed fitment. If you run a gas Super Duty, don't order this kit until fitment is verified. Text (469) 407-7538 with your year and engine and we'll confirm the right part.
Do I really need a dual stabilizer, or will a single do?
A single damper reaches its limit sooner under high-frequency inputs like washboard and expansion joints. The dual setup adds damping mass across the linkage, which is what keeps the steering planted on a solid front axle running big tires and towing heavy. If your wander and shimmy show up at speed or under load, the dual is the setup engineered for it.
Is this only for lifted trucks?
No — it works on stock, leveled, or lifted 4WD diesel Super Dutys. Lifted trucks benefit most because the geometry change can worsen bump steer, but stock-height trucks on oversized tires gain steering stability too.
Do I need an alignment afterward?
Plan for one. ReadyLIFT notes an alignment may be required after installation — reset caster, camber, and toe to spec once the kit is torqued down.
Will it fit over my existing lift?
In most cases, yes — it's designed for stock through lifted heights. On taller lifts, confirm your tie rod angle works with the dual-bracket geometry first. Text (469) 407-7538 with your lift height and we'll check it.
