The Baja Designs Squadron Sport (SKU: BAJ557806) is a pair of high-output LED light pods in a work/scene optic pattern with clear lens. The work/scene pattern delivers maximum wide-angle flood illumination with zero forward throw — designed to saturate the immediate area around the vehicle with even, shadow-free light for work, camp, recovery, and slow-speed environments. The Squadron Sport is a larger, higher-output pod than the S2 Sport — more light output and a larger footprint for demanding work and auxiliary lighting applications. IP69K rated for full waterproof and dust-tight protection. Die-cast aluminum housing with polycarbonate clear lens. Sold as a pair. Wiring harness sold separately.

Application

Universal mount — compatible with any vehicle, truck, UTV, or equipment using a compatible tube mount, bumper mount, or surface mount. Confirm your mounting solution is compatible with Squadron Sport pod dimensions before ordering — Squadron Sport is larger than S2 Sport and requires a mount sized for the Squadron body. No vehicle-specific wiring harness included — a Baja Designs wiring harness or equivalent relay harness is required for proper installation.

Work/Scene Pattern — When to Choose It

• Work/Scene: Maximum wide-angle flood — zero forward throw. Illuminates the immediate area around the vehicle. Best for work sites, camp setup, recovery operations, and any application where close-range area illumination is the priority.
• Not for driving: Work/scene pattern does not project light forward for driving. If forward illumination is needed, use a driving/combo or spot pattern instead.
• Typical mounting locations: Roof rack (downward aim), bed-facing rear bumper, side-facing A-pillar or cab mount, or any position where wide area coverage is needed.
