Description
Is This for You?
- You're running 2–6" of lift on your JK and the rear track bar is pulling the axle off-center, or you've seen other aftermarket track bar brackets bend or rip the OEM axle bracket off under load — this relocation bracket is designed to take the lateral load off the OEM axle bracket by distributing the force between the factory mount and a clamping collar around the axle tube, eliminating the single-point failure mode that causes OEM and aftermarket brackets to bend or tear off.
- You want a dual-hole bracket that works with both the OEM track bar and Clayton's adjustable track bar, covering 2–6" of lift — the dual-hole design provides two mounting positions to cover the 2–6" lift range. Compatible with the factory JK rear track bar or any Clayton adjustable rear track bar.
- You want a 1/4" CNC laser-cut and bent steel bolt-on bracket that uses the OEM axle bracket for alignment and clamps around the axle tube for superior strength — the bracket uses the OEM axle track bar mount for alignment and initial positioning, then clamps around the axle tube to distribute lateral loads across a larger contact area. Bolt-on installation, no welding required. Made in the USA.
The Result
- Rear track bar relocation bracket for 2–6" of lift — 1/4" CNC laser-cut and bent steel, dual-hole design, bolt-on. Distributes lateral track bar loads between the OEM axle mount and an axle tube clamp, eliminating single-point bracket failure.
- Uses OEM axle track bar bracket for alignment — ensures correct positioning. Clamps around axle tube for superior load distribution. Compatible with OEM and Clayton adjustable rear track bars.
- Made in the USA. Bolt-on, no welding required. Both the OEM bolt location AND the axle tube clamp must be used — the bracket is not functional with only one attachment point.
The COR-4508200 is Clayton Off Road's rear track bar relocation bracket for the 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK, designed for builds running 2–6" of lift. The factory JK rear track bar axle bracket is a stamped steel mount that can bend or tear off under sustained lateral suspension loads, particularly on lifted builds with aggressive off-road use. This bracket addresses the failure mode by distributing the lateral track bar load between two attachment points: the OEM axle track bar bolt location (used for alignment and initial load transfer) and a clamping collar that wraps around the axle tube (providing the primary additional load path). The bracket is CNC laser-cut and bent from 1/4" steel and uses a dual-hole design to cover the 2–6" lift range. Compatible with the factory JK rear track bar or any Clayton adjustable rear track bar. Bolt-on installation, no welding required. Made in the USA. Critical installation note: the bracket must be bolted into the stock axle location AND clamped around the axle tube. Both attachment points are required — the bracket is not functional with only one point of attachment.

❌ Not recommended for lifts below 2" or above 6"
Installation & Fabrication Notes
- CRITICAL: The bracket must be bolted into the stock axle track bar mount location AND clamped around the axle tube. Both attachment points are required. Do not install with only one point of attachment.
- Use the OEM axle track bar bracket as the alignment reference — position the relocation bracket against the OEM mount before bolting.
- Select the correct hole position for your lift height (dual-hole design covers 2–6" of lift).
- Bolt the bracket to the OEM axle track bar mount location using the factory bolt.
- Clamp the bracket around the axle tube and torque the clamp hardware to specification.
- Install the track bar (OEM or Clayton adjustable) to the relocation bracket mount hole.
- Set the track bar length with the vehicle at ride height and the rear axle centered under the vehicle.
- Torque all hardware to specification at ride height.
- Verify rear axle centering after installation.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
Compatible with standard JK wheel and tire combinations at 2–6" of lift. Rear track bar relocation affects rear axle centering and tire clearance — verify equal clearance on both sides after installation.
Engineering Question: What is your current lift height on the JK, and are you using the OEM rear track bar or a Clayton adjustable rear track bar? This bracket covers 2–6" of lift with a dual-hole design. Also confirm your vehicle is a 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK — this bracket does not fit the JL, JT, or TJ/LJ platforms.
