The COR-4509120 is Clayton Off Road's front track bar bracket brace for the 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL and 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT. The factory front track bar frame mount on the JL/JT is a stamped steel bracket that can flex and crack under sustained lateral suspension loads, particularly on lifted builds or vehicles used aggressively off-road. This brace is CNC laser-cut and bent from 1/4" steel and bolts to the existing frame bolt locations, adding a secondary load path that reinforces the OEM mount and prevents flex and failure. No cutting or welding required. The kit includes a new Grade 8 track bar mount bolt and longer power steering box bolts for a complete installation. Compatible with Diesel and Mojave models. Made in the USA.

2023–2024 Model Year Compatibility Notice: 2023 and 2024 model year JL and JT vehicles must check the front track bar for a date code stamping of "23A" or "24A" before ordering. This brace is compatible with 23A-stamped track bars only. It will NOT fit vehicles with a 24A-stamped track bar. See the product image gallery for the stamping location and identification details.

Low-Lift / Stock-Height Installation Note: On vehicles with little to no lift, the provided Grade 8 track bar bolt may contact the axle tube. In this case, install the track bar bolt with the bolt head facing the rear of the vehicle to prevent interference.

Installation & Fabrication Notes

• No cutting or welding required — 100% bolt-on installation.
• 2023–2024 models: Check the front track bar for a "23A" or "24A" date code stamping before installation. This brace fits 23A only — do not install on vehicles with a 24A-stamped track bar. See the product image gallery for stamping location.
• Install the brace to the existing front track bar frame mount bolt locations per Clayton's installation instructions.
• Install the included Grade 8 track bar mount bolt in the track bar mount location.
• Low-lift / stock-height note: If the vehicle has little to no lift, the Grade 8 track bar bolt head may contact the axle tube. Install the bolt with the head facing the rear of the vehicle to prevent interference.
• Install the included longer power steering box bolts in the power steering box mount locations.
• Torque all hardware to specification.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard JL and JT wheel and tire combinations. This brace reinforces the front track bar frame mount and does not affect wheel or tire fitment directly.

Engineering Question: If your JL or JT is a 2023 or 2024 model year, have you checked the front track bar for a 23A or 24A stamping? This brace fits 23A-stamped track bars only and will NOT fit 24A-stamped track bars — check the stamping before ordering.
