The COR-5206900 is Clayton Off Road's flagship complete steering system for the 1999–2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. This is the most complete option in the Clayton WJ steering product family — it includes the complete tie rod assembly (bar + end links), complete drag link assembly (bar + end links), upgraded tie rod stabilizer mount, and jam nuts. Both bars are machined from 1-3/8" solid 7075-T651 aluminum with OE WJ 24mm-1.5 thread pitch and LH/RH threading for length adjustability. Installation is 100% bolt-in: remove the factory tie rod and drag link, assemble the new links, and install in the factory positions. No drilling, cutting, or welding required. The upgraded tie rod stabilizer mount is included — the factory WJ steering stabilizer is not compatible with this system, and a Fox or Bilstein steering stabilizer is required before driving. Two end links in this system are non-greaseable sealed units: the pitman arm end (CRO-52088511) and the right knuckle end (CRO-52088870AA) — do not attempt to install grease fittings on these ends. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Remove the factory WJ tie rod and drag link assemblies.
• Assemble the new tie rod and drag link by threading the included end links onto the aluminum bars to the correct engagement depth — verify minimum thread engagement before installation.
• Install both assemblies in the factory tie rod and drag link positions — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Install the included upgraded tie rod stabilizer mount.
• Do not reinstall the factory steering stabilizer — it is not compatible with this system. Install a Fox or Bilstein steering stabilizer using the included upgraded mount before driving.
• The pitman arm end (CRO-52088511) and right knuckle end (CRO-52088870AA) are non-greaseable — do not attempt to install grease fittings on these ends.
• Torque all end link and jam nut hardware to OE specification at ride height.
• Front alignment (toe, steering center) must be verified after installation.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard WJ wheel and tire combinations at stock height and with a lift. Verify steering center and toe alignment after installation with your specific tire size.
