The COR-5109110 is Clayton Off Road's adjustable sway bar end link set covering three applications: the rear sway bar on the 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL, and both the front and rear sway bar positions on the 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. The factory end links are a fixed length designed for stock ride height — when the vehicle is lifted, the end links are too short to allow the sway bar to reach its correct operating angle, causing bind, premature wear on the sway bar bushings and frame mounts, and reduced suspension travel. These adjustable end links correct the geometry by allowing the length to be set precisely for the installed lift height. The rod ends provide tension-free articulation with 45° of mounting alignment capacity, reducing wear on the sway bar, frame mount, and related components. Zinc plated for corrosion resistance. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Identify your application before installation: JL rear, JK rear, or JK front — the installation position determines the correct length setting.
• Remove the factory sway bar end links from both the frame/sway bar mount and the sway bar itself.
• Install these adjustable end links in the factory positions — bolt-in, no modification required.
• Set the end link length with the vehicle at ride height and the suspension at the correct static position — adjust until the sway bar is at its correct operating angle with no preload or bind.
• Torque all hardware to specification at ride height.
• Verify full suspension travel (droop and compression) with no end link binding or over-extension after installation.
• If installing on JK front and rear simultaneously, set both positions at ride height before final torque.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard JK and JL wheel and tire combinations. Sway bar end link length affects roll stiffness and suspension travel — verify correct operating angle and full travel clearance after installation with your specific lift height and tire size.

Engineering Question: Which position are you installing these on — JL rear, JK rear, or JK front? If you're upgrading the JL front sway bar end links, you need COR-5109100 instead. If you're upgrading the Gladiator JT rear, you need COR-5110110. Confirm your platform and position before ordering.
