The COR-4500210 is Clayton Off Road's adjustable rear track bar for the 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ and LJ Unlimited, designed for builds running 4" or more of lift. This track bar is the companion piece to the COR-4500500 rear track bar relocation bracket, which is designed for TJ/LJ builds with a slip yoke eliminator (SYE) kit and CV-style rear driveshaft. For LJ Unlimited builds using the COR-4500500 bracket, this adjustable rear track bar is required — the LJ's longer wheelbase and different rear driveshaft angle mean the fixed-length stock track bar cannot properly account for the angle and length change introduced by the relocation bracket. This track bar can also be used independently on any TJ or LJ running 4" or more of lift to correct rear axle lateral offset. The bar is constructed from 1-3/8" x 5/16" DOM tubing with a bent design for maximum clearance around the TJ/LJ rear axle and differential cover. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• No cutting or drilling required — bolt-in installation using OEM rear track bar bolts.
• If installing with the COR-4500500 relocation bracket: install the relocation bracket first per its installation instructions, then install this adjustable track bar to the new bracket mount location.
• If installing without the relocation bracket: remove the factory rear track bar and install this adjustable track bar in the factory rear track bar positions using the OEM bolts.
• Set the track bar length with the vehicle at ride height and the rear axle centered under the vehicle — adjust until the axle is centered laterally with equal clearance on both sides.
• For LJ Unlimited builds using COR-4500500: additional length and angle adjustment will be required due to the LJ's longer wheelbase — set length and angle per Clayton's installation instructions for the LJ.
• Torque all hardware to specification at ride height.
• Verify rear axle centering after installation — re-check after the first 500 miles of use.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard TJ/LJ wheel and tire combinations at 4"+ of lift. Rear track bar length affects rear axle centering and tire clearance — verify equal clearance on both sides after setting the track bar length.
