The COR-4509110 is Clayton Off Road's adjustable rear track bar for the 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL. When the JL is lifted, the factory rear track bar — a fixed-length bar — pulls the rear axle laterally off-center toward the driver side, causing uneven tire clearance, steering pull, and handling imbalance. This adjustable track bar corrects the lateral offset by allowing the bar length to be set precisely for the installed lift height, re-centering the rear axle under the vehicle. The bar is constructed from 1-3/8" x 5/16" DOM tubing and includes a differential cover clearance bend that provides clearance around the JL rear differential cover at all suspension travel positions. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• No cutting or drilling required — bolt-in installation using OEM rear track bar bolts.
• Remove the factory rear track bar from both the frame mount and axle mount.
• Install this adjustable track bar in the factory rear track bar positions using the OEM bolts.
• Set the track bar length with the vehicle at ride height and the rear axle centered under the vehicle — adjust until the axle is centered laterally with equal clearance on both sides.
• Torque all hardware to specification at ride height.
• Verify rear axle centering and tire clearance after installation — re-check after the first 500 miles of use.
• The differential cover clearance bend is designed for the JL rear axle differential cover — verify clearance with aftermarket differential covers before installation.

Wheel & Tire Fitment
