Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Factory mount hole must be drilled out to accept the 9/16" Grade 8 HD bolt before installation. The WJ factory front track bar mount uses a smaller bolt diameter — drill the factory mount hole to the correct diameter per Clayton's installation instructions before installing the track bar.
• Install the included 9/16" Grade 8 HD bolt and HD bushing in the drilled factory mount location.
• Remove the factory front track bar from the frame mount.
• Install this adjustable track bar in the factory front track bar positions.
• Set the track bar length with the vehicle at ride height and the front axle centered under the vehicle — adjust until the axle is centered laterally with equal clearance on both sides.
• Torque all hardware to specification at ride height.
• Verify front axle centering and tire clearance after installation.
• After centering the front axle, verify steering wheel centering and have the front alignment checked.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard WJ wheel and tire combinations at 3.5–6" of lift. Front track bar length affects front axle centering, tire clearance, and steering wheel centering — verify equal clearance on both sides and steering wheel position after setting the track bar length.
