Unlike the TJ/LJ/XJ/ZJ bar (COR-4500200), which uses a Johnny Joint at the frame end, this bar uses forged GIIRO joints at both ends — a dual-durometer bushing design with a softer outer durometer for NVH isolation and a stiffer inner core for lateral load resistance. The GIIRO joint is maintenance-free with no grease fitting and no rebuild interval, making it the correct choice for the JL/JT platform where the factory track bar uses a similar maintenance-free bushing design. The bar includes a differential cover clearance bend — a geometry-specific bend that provides clearance for the JL/JT front differential cover through the full range of suspension travel and steering sweep. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Bolt-in installation — remove the factory front track bar and install this bar in its place using the OEM bolts at both the frame and axle mounts. No cutting, drilling, or bracket modification required.
• Adjust track bar length with the axle centered under the vehicle at ride height — do not set length at full droop or full compression.
• GIIRO joints at both ends are maintenance-free — no grease fittings, no service interval required at either mount.
• After installation, verify axle centering by measuring equal distance from the tire to the fender on both sides at ride height — adjust bar length as needed.
• Torque OEM track bar bolts to factory specification at ride height, not at full droop.
• Front alignment (toe, caster) should be verified after installation, especially if changing lift height at the same time.
