When the JK is lifted, the factory front track bar — a fixed-length bar — pulls the front axle laterally off-center toward the driver side, causing steering pull, uneven tire clearance, and handling imbalance. This adjustable front track bar corrects the lateral offset by allowing the bar length to be set precisely for the installed lift height, re-centering the front axle under the vehicle. The bar is constructed from 1-3/8" x 5/16" DOM tubing and includes a differential cover clearance bend that provides clearance around the JK front differential cover at all suspension travel positions. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• No cutting or drilling required — bolt-in installation using OEM front track bar bolts.
• Remove the factory front track bar from both the frame mount and axle mount.
• Install this adjustable track bar in the factory front track bar positions using the OEM bolts.
• Set the track bar length with the vehicle at ride height and the front axle centered under the vehicle — adjust until the axle is centered laterally with equal clearance on both sides.
• Torque all hardware to specification at ride height.
• Verify front axle centering and tire clearance after installation — re-check after the first 500 miles of use.
• The differential cover clearance bend is designed for the JK front axle differential cover — verify clearance with aftermarket differential covers before installation.
• After centering the front axle, verify steering wheel centering and have the front alignment checked.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard JK wheel and tire combinations at 0–5"+ of lift. Front track bar length affects front axle centering, tire clearance, and steering wheel centering — verify equal clearance on both sides and steering wheel position after setting the track bar length.
