Installation & Fabrication Notes

• This track bar must be paired with a Clayton double-shear front track bar bracket. Select the correct bracket for your platform and lift height before ordering this track bar.
• Drill out the factory front axle track bar mount hole to accept the 9/16" Grade 8 HD bolt per Clayton's installation instructions before installing the track bar.
• Install the Clayton bracket to the OEM frame location per the bracket's installation instructions.
• Install this track bar between the Clayton bracket (frame end, 5/8" thru-hole Johnny Joint) and the drilled axle mount (axle end, GIIRO bushing, 9/16" Grade 8 bolt).
• Set the track bar length with the vehicle at ride height and the front axle centered under the vehicle.
• Torque all hardware to specification at ride height.
• Verify front axle centering and have the front alignment checked after installation.
• The 5/8" thru-hole Johnny Joint at the frame end is rebuildable and greaseable — regrease periodically per Clayton's maintenance schedule.
