Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Install the 3/16" cradle to the OEM underbody location, picking up the transmission mount, per Clayton's installation instructions.
• Attach the 1/4" flat skid plate to the cradle using the countersunk Allen head bolts per Clayton's installation instructions.
• Torque all hardware to specification.
• For drivetrain service: remove the countersunk Allen head bolts to detach the flat skid plate from the cradle without disturbing the cradle mounting points.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard LJ Unlimited wheel and tire combinations. This 2-piece skid plate gains approximately 1.5" of clearance over the stock LJ skid plate, improving underbody clearance for larger tire fitments.
