The Axiom Stage 1 Leveling Kit (SKU: AXGM07STAGE1) lifts the front of 2007–2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 6-lug trucks up to 2", correcting factory rake and leveling the stance for improved appearance and larger tire clearance. High-strength metal construction with corrosion-resistant finish. Direct bolt-on installation — no cutting required. Designed specifically for the GMT900 and K2XX GM 1500 coil spring front suspension platform. Front-end alignment is mandatory after installation.

Installation Notes

• Alignment mandatory: Full front-end alignment (caster, camber, toe) is required after installation. A leveling kit changes front suspension geometry — do not drive the vehicle until aligned by a qualified alignment technician.
• Caster correction: A 2" front lift on the GMT900/K2XX 1500 platform will reduce positive caster. On trucks used for towing or highway driving, adjustable upper control arms or a caster correction kit is recommended to restore factory caster angle and maintain steering stability.
• Shock compatibility: Verify front shock travel is compatible with 2" of additional lift. Stock shocks may top out on full droop after leveling — consider upgrading to a shock rated for 0–2" of front lift on the 2007–2018 GM 1500 platform.
• Tire size: A 2" front lift provides clearance for tires up to approximately 33–34" on stock wheels. Verify wheel offset and backspacing before upsizing tires to avoid rubbing on the inner fender or UCA.
• Torque specs: Torque all suspension hardware to OEM specification for 2007–2018 GM 1500 (verify in GM service manual or Axiom install sheet).
• Re-torque: Re-torque all hardware after the first 500 miles of driving following installation.

Installation Warning

Do not install on 2006 or earlier Silverado/Sierra 1500 — torsion bar front suspension is incompatible with this coil spring leveling kit. Do not install on 2019 or newer Silverado/Sierra 1500 (T1XX) — different front suspension geometry. Do not drive the vehicle until a full front-end alignment has been completed. Failure to re-torque hardware after break-in can result in loose suspension components and unsafe handling. Once installed, the kit is non-returnable.
