Bump stops limit suspension compression travel, preventing metal-to-metal contact between the suspension and frame during hard bottom-out events. Worn or collapsed factory bump stops allow the suspension to over-travel, causing harsh impacts, shock damage, control arm damage, and frame contact. Symptoms of Worn or Collapsed Bump Stops

Lifted Truck Note

Installation Notes

• Replace in pairs: Replace bump stops on both sides simultaneously. Mismatched bump stop condition between left and right will cause unequal compression limiting and inconsistent handling under load.
