The Axiom Billet Valve Stem Cap Set (SKU: AXVCSET) is a set of CNC-machined billet aluminum valve stem caps with a corrosion-resistant black finish. Valve stem caps protect the valve core from dirt, moisture, and debris — a contaminated or damaged valve core causes slow air leaks and premature valve stem failure. These caps thread securely onto standard valve stems and stay in place under high-vibration conditions. Lightweight and durable. Universal fit for standard valve stem threads across cars, trucks, SUVs, UTVs, and aftermarket wheels. Sold as a set.

Installation Notes

• Valve stem inspection: Before installing, inspect each valve stem for cracks, corrosion, or damaged threads. A damaged valve stem should be replaced — a cap will not seal a compromised stem.
• Thread-on installation: Thread caps on by hand until snug. Do not overtighten — billet aluminum caps can cross-thread or crack the valve stem if forced. Hand-tight is sufficient for a secure seal.
• TPMS compatibility: If your vehicle has TPMS sensors, confirm the valve stem type before ordering. Some TPMS valve stems use non-standard thread or require a specific cap design to avoid sensor interference.
• Torque check interval: Check cap tightness periodically, especially after off-road use or high-vibration driving. Vibration can loosen caps over time.
