The Axiom Bearing Spindle O-Ring (SKU: AX568349) is a direct-fit replacement O-ring for the spindle-to-hub assembly on 2011–2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks (K2XX platform). A worn or damaged O-ring allows moisture, dirt, and debris to enter the hub assembly, accelerating wheel bearing wear and compromising long-term reliability. Installation Notes

• Service interval: Replace O-ring any time the hub assembly is disassembled for wheel bearing service, spindle inspection, or hub replacement. Do not reuse a removed O-ring.
• Surface inspection required: Inspect spindle and hub mating surfaces for scoring, corrosion, or wear before installing the new O-ring. A damaged seating surface will prevent proper sealing even with a new O-ring.
• Installation method: Seat O-ring fully in the spindle groove before assembling the hub. Ensure no twisting or pinching during assembly — a twisted O-ring will not seal correctly and will fail prematurely.
• Lubrication: Apply a light film of clean grease or assembly lubricant to the O-ring before installation to ease seating and prevent tearing during hub assembly.

Installation Warning

Do not reuse a removed O-ring — compression set and surface wear will prevent proper sealing. Do not install on 2010 or earlier (GMT800/GMT900) or 2020 or newer (T1XX) GM HD trucks — hub geometry is incompatible. A pinched or twisted O-ring will allow contamination to enter the hub assembly, causing accelerated bearing failure. Once installed, the unit is non-returnable.
