Description
Axiom 1.5" Bottom Mount Coil Spacer | 4WD Only | 2005–2026 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty (P221, P558 & P702)
The Axiom 1.5" Bottom Mount Coil Spacer (SKU: AXFDL15) lifts the front of 2005–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks by 1.5", correcting factory rake and leveling the stance for improved appearance and larger tire clearance. Bottom-mount design — the spacer installs beneath the coil spring on the lower spring perch, maintaining the coil spring’s natural seating position. High-strength metal construction with corrosion-resistant finish. Direct bolt-on installation — no cutting required. Covers all three Super Duty generations: P221 (2005–2016), P558 (2017–2022), and P702 (2023–2026). 4WD only — does not fit 2WD Super Duty. Front-end alignment is mandatory after installation.

Installation Notes
- Alignment mandatory: Full front-end alignment (caster, camber, toe) is required after installation. A coil spacer changes front suspension geometry — do not drive the vehicle until aligned by a qualified alignment technician.
- Bottom mount vs. top mount: This is a bottom-mount spacer (installs under the coil spring). Top-mount spacers install above the coil spring at the upper perch. Confirm which type your application requires before ordering.
- Shock compatibility: A 1.5" front lift extends front shock travel. Verify front shock travel is compatible. Fox 2.0 AX154 (0–1.5" front lift, 2005–2026 Ford SD) and Fox 2.5 HTO AX4000 (0–1.5" front lift, 2005–2026 Ford SD) are confirmed compatible shock upgrades for this lift height.
- Caster correction: A 1.5" front lift on the Super Duty platform will reduce positive caster. On trucks used for towing or highway driving, a caster correction kit or adjustable upper control arms is recommended to restore factory steering stability.
- Tire size: A 1.5" front lift provides clearance for tires up to approximately 35" on stock wheels depending on offset and backspacing. Verify wheel offset before upsizing tires to avoid rubbing.
- Torque specs: Torque all suspension hardware to OEM specification for your Super Duty generation (verify in Ford service manual or Axiom install sheet).
- Re-torque: Re-torque all hardware after the first 500 miles of driving following installation.
Installation Warning
Do not install on 2WD Super Duty — 2WD F-250/F-350 uses a solid front axle with no front coil spring. Do not drive the vehicle until a full front-end alignment has been completed — coil spacer installation directly affects caster, camber, and toe settings. Failure to re-torque hardware after break-in can result in loose suspension components and unsafe handling. Once installed, the kit is non-returnable.
What is your current tire size, intended use (daily/tow/off-road), and do you need a compatible front shock upgrade (AX154 or AX4000) to match the 1.5" lift?
