Description
AMP Research PowerStep | Plug-N-Play LED | 2010–2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 / 3500
The AMP Research PowerStep is a fully automatic retractable running board engineered for the 2010–2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 and 3500 (NCV3 platform). On door open, the step deploys to provide a wide, illuminated stepping surface. On door close, it retracts flush to the body for maximum ground clearance and a clean OEM profile. Plug-N-Play wiring — no splicing required. Die-cast aluminum linkages are anodized and PTFE-coated for long-term corrosion resistance.
Verified Fitment (OFAS Standard)
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500: 2010–2018 (NCV3 platform)
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500: 2010–2018 (NCV3 platform)
Does NOT fit: 2019–2026 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (VS30 facelift — revised rocker geometry). Does not fit Dodge/Freightliner Sprinter badged variants without confirming body compatibility. Confirm your exact year and wheelbase configuration before ordering.

Installation Warning
This SKU is fitment-specific to the 2010–2018 Sprinter NCV3 platform. Verify clearance with extended-width commercial fenders or aftermarket body modifications before installation. Keep hands and tools clear of the step mechanism during automatic operation. Confirm exact year and wheelbase (standard or extended) matches the part number before ordering. Once installed and wiring is connected, the unit is non-returnable.
Can you confirm your exact year, Sprinter payload rating (2500 or 3500), and wheelbase configuration before ordering?
