At Obsidian Forged Auto Supply, we believe technical parts should arrive with zero friction. From 1,000lb suspension pallets to specialized lighting kits, we provide full transparency from our Texas headquarters to your door.

1. High-Speed Order Processing

Operating as a premium distributor with a 2,000+ SKU catalog means we move fast.

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST typically process the same business day.
The "Direct-to-Door" Advantage: By shipping directly from our network of national manufacturer warehouses (including BDS, FOX, and JKS), we bypass traditional retail delays.
Notification: You will be notified immediately of any backorders or manufacturer-specific lead times.

2. Simple, Transparent Shipping Rates

We’ve eliminated the guesswork. Whether you're ordering a single steering stabilizer or a full 6-inch lift kit, our rates are straightforward:

Free Ground Shipping: $0.00 on All Orders within the Continental United States. No minimums, no codes, no "oversized" surprises at checkout.
Express 1–2 Day Shipping: Available at flat, weight-based rates for items up to 149.9 lbs.
Overnight Shipping: Available at flat, weight-based rates for items up to 149.9 lbs.
LTL Freight (Bumpers & Large Kits): Heavy items ship via specialized freight. Please ensure your delivery location can accept palletized shipments; residential deliveries may require an appointment.

3. Tracking & Transit

Once your build components leave the warehouse, we provide a verified tracking number via email or SMS.

Transit Time: Most customers receive their orders within 3–5 business days.
Carrier Network: We utilize a mix of UPS, FedEx, and specialized LTL carriers depending on your location and the specific brand being shipped.

4. Shipping Constraints & Accuracy

Territory: We currently ship to the Continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or International destinations at this time.
Address Accuracy: Please verify your "Ship To" address at checkout. Obsidian Forged is not responsible for rerouting fees or delays caused by incorrect address entries.
Damaged Shipments: Off-road parts are heavy. If a box arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact Support@obsidianforgedautosupply.com within 3 business days. Do not attempt to install damaged components, as this may void the manufacturer warranty.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a carrier marks a package as "Delivered" but it is missing, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier on your behalf. While we advocate for our customers, replacements are issued once the carrier completes their GPS-verification review.
