Welcome to Obsidian Forged Auto Supply ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using obsidianforgedautosupply.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before placing an order for any of our 2,000+ performance components.

1. General Agreement

By using this Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. These Terms govern all purchases and interactions with our technical support team, based in Alba, Texas.

2. Technical Accuracy & Fitment

We provide engineering-level clarity and over 30 technical guides to assist in your build. However:

Fitment Verification: While we provide fitment data for every SKU, the ultimate responsibility for verifying compatibility with your specific vehicle remains with the customer.
Pricing & Errors: In the event of a typographical error or an incorrect price listed due to a manufacturer feed update, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.
Product Imagery: Images are for representational purposes. Actual finishes or hardware may vary slightly by manufacturer (e.g., FOX, BDS, or Carli).

3. Orders, Payment & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, all orders undergo a security review.

Authorization: You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
Verification: We reserve the right to request additional identification for high-value orders to prevent unauthorized transactions.
Cancellations: Orders enter our automated fulfillment network rapidly. Cancellation requests must be made immediately; once an order has reached "Processed" status with our manufacturer partners, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.

4. Specialized Shipping & Delivery

We utilize a direct-to-door distribution model.

Carrier Responsibility: Once a tracking number is generated, the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) assumes liability for the transit.
Oversized Items: Many of our 2,000+ SKUs (lift kits, bumpers, wheels) are oversized. Ensure your delivery address can accept freight or large-parcel deliveries.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Installation: Obsidian Forged Auto Supply is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or vehicle modifications.
Off-Road Use: Many performance parts are designed for off-road use only. Use of these components on public roads is at the user's own risk.
Total Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All original technical blogs, descriptions, and proprietary "Obsidian Forged" media are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of our technical data or branding is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the State of Texas.
