AMP Research BedStep2 Dually Kit | 300 lb Side Bed Step | 2017–2022 Ford F-350 / F-450 Super Duty DRW
The AMP Research BedStep2 Dually Upgrade Kit is a side-mounted bed access step engineered specifically for 2017–2022 Ford F-350 and F-450 Super Duty dual-rear-wheel (DRW) trucks. Mounted just ahead of the rear wheel, it provides fast, stable access to toolboxes, cargo, and gear without climbing into the bed. Foot-activated deploy and retract — stows flush to maintain ground clearance and a clean OEM profile. High-strength aluminum construction with a reinforced hinge system rated to 300 lbs.
Verified Fitment (OFAS Standard)
- Ford F-350 Super Duty DRW (Dually): 2017–2022 (P558 platform)
- Ford F-450 Super Duty DRW (Dually): 2017–2022 (P558 platform)
Does NOT fit: Ford F-250 Super Duty (SRW only — F-250 is not available in DRW configuration). Does not fit F-350/F-450 SRW models. Does not fit 2023–2026 Super Duty (P702 platform — different DRW bedside geometry). Does not fit 2016 or earlier Super Duty. Verify clearance with aftermarket fender flares or bedside armor before ordering.

Installation Warning
This SKU is DRW-specific and fits the 2017–2022 Super Duty P558 platform only. Do not install on SRW models — mounting geometry is incompatible. The 2023+ Super Duty (P702) uses a revised DRW bedside profile — do not substitute. Verify clearance with aftermarket fender flares, bedside armor, or fuel tank skid plates before ordering. Once installed, the unit is non-returnable.
