Description
AMP Research BedStep | 300 lb Tailgate Bed Step | 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra (3rd Generation)
The AMP Research BedStep is a frame-mounted tailgate access step engineered for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra (3rd generation/XK70 platform). Mounts to the rear frame on the driver or passenger side, providing fast and stable bed access without climbing over the tailgate. Foot-activated deploy and retract — stows flush to maintain ground clearance and a clean OEM profile. High-strength aluminum construction with a reinforced hinge system rated to 300 lbs. Textured step pad delivers reliable traction in mud, snow, and wet conditions.
Verified Fitment (OFAS Standard)
- Toyota Tundra (3rd Gen/XK70): 2022–2026 — all bed lengths, 2WD and 4WD
Does NOT fit: 2021 or earlier Toyota Tundra (2nd gen/XK50 — different frame geometry). Verify clearance with aftermarket rear bumpers, rear armor, or tow sensor brackets before ordering.

Installation Warning
This SKU is fitment-specific to the 2022–2026 Tundra 3rd generation (XK70) platform. Do not install on 2021 or earlier Tundra (XK50) — frame mounting points are incompatible. Verify clearance with aftermarket rear bumpers, rear armor, tow sensor brackets, and trailer hitch receivers before ordering. TRD Pro rear bumper buyers must confirm step clearance before installation. Once installed, the unit is non-returnable.
Can you confirm your Tundra is a 2022–2026 3rd generation (XK70), and are you running an aftermarket rear bumper or TRD Pro rear bumper that could affect step mounting clearance?
