This kit is for the 2013–2018 Ram 3500 4WD gas owner who wants 5.5 inches of front lift with premium FOX 2.5 PE damping. This is the DS-generation Ram 3500 gas platform. If you have a 2019 or newer Ram 3500, stop here — that is the DT platform and requires a different kit (SKU 1686FPE no overload or SKU 1687FPE with overload). • Alignment mandatory: Full front-end alignment required after installation. Do not drive on public roads before alignment is completed.
• Driveline inspection: Inspect driveshaft angles and U-joint operating angles after installation.
• External reservoir routing: Follow BDS and FOX instructions for reservoir placement — avoid pinch points and heat sources.
• Torque specs: Torque all fasteners to BDS specification per included installation instructions. Do not estimate.
• Break-in period: Allow FOX 2.5 PE shocks to break in per FOX recommendations before aggressive off-road use.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

At 5.5-inch front lift on the Ram 3500 gas platform, typical fitment runs 35–38-inch tires depending on wheel offset and backspacing. Confirm maximum tire diameter and wheel specs with your wheel/tire supplier before ordering. Oversized tires may require trimming or additional modifications.
