Is This for You?

• You're on a 2019–2026 Ram 1500 Rebel or Off-Road Package 4WD running stock configuration — no RamBox, no Multi-Function Tailgate, no aftermarket bumpers, no constant bed load. Standard-rate rear springs are calibrated for this configuration. If you're carrying a constant ~500 lb rear load, order the HD SKU (CS-RAM15PERF25-RBL-19-HD) instead.
• You want King 2.5" Remote Reservoir coilovers up front and King 2.5" Piggyback rears with Carli-fabricated Uniball UCAs, 17-4 stainless shafts, 9" of front travel, and 12" of rear travel on the DT platform.
• You do NOT have factory 4-corner air suspension — this system is incompatible with air-ride equipped trucks. Verify your suspension type before ordering.

The Result

• 2.5" front lift / 0.5"–1.0" rear lift — 9" front wheel travel / 12" rear wheel travel.
• King 2.5" Remote Reservoir coilovers with 17-4 stainless shafts and Carli Uniball UCAs — full down-travel requires the included UCAs; factory UCAs bind at the increased droop angle produced by 2.5" of lift.
• Rebel-specific standard-load multi-rate rear springs matched to King 2.5" Piggyback rears — calibrated for the unloaded DT Rebel/Off-Road platform, not a generic Ram 1500 rear spring.

The Carli Uniball Upper Control Arms (CS-RAM15UCA-09) are included and required — not an optional upgrade. The factory Ram 1500 UCAs use a rubber ball joint that binds at the increased droop angle produced by 2.5" of lift, restricting down-travel and placing alignment geometry outside OEM spec. The Carli Uniball replaces that rubber joint with a zero-bind spherical bearing, allowing the suspension to reach full down-travel without joint bind. The King 2.5" Remote Reservoir coilover provides more oil volume than a standard 2.0" unit, raising the thermal ceiling before fade onset under repeated off-road impacts. The 17-4 stainless steel shafts are a precipitation-hardened stainless alloy — higher tensile strength than standard chrome-moly and significantly better corrosion resistance. The 600 lb linear-rate front coils are spec'd for the Rebel/Off-Road Package front perch geometry — the coil perch height on Rebel and Off-Road Package trucks differs from standard Ram 1500 trims, and this spring rate is calibrated for that specific geometry. The Rebel-specific standard-load rear multi-rate springs are not interchangeable with the HD rear springs — the HD springs require a constant ~500 lb bed load to operate within their designed rate range. On a stock, unloaded Rebel, the standard-load rear springs deliver the correct initial rate for the unsprung rear axle weight without the harshness and excessive ride height that the HD springs would produce on an unloaded truck.

Installation Notes

• Uniball UCAs (CS-RAM15UCA-09) are included and required. Do not install without UCAs — down-travel will be restricted and alignment geometry will fall outside spec.
• Stainless braided brake lines (CS-RAM15BBL-19) must be installed with the front coilovers — factory lines do not have sufficient length at full down-travel.
• Verify trim level before installation. Rebel and Off-Road Package front coil perch dimensions differ from standard Ram 1500 trims.
• Full front-end alignment mandatory post-installation. UCA geometry change affects caster and camber.
• Torque all fasteners to Carli specification. Re-torque all suspension fasteners at 500-mile break-in interval.
• Factory wheels are compatible with stock tires only — larger-than-stock tires will contact Carli UCAs on factory wheels.
