The amber backlight DRL function is controlled through the included harness. This is the clean daily-driver amber variant — red, blue, and green are available in the same pod for exhibition builds but are not road-legal in most jurisdictions. The DT06-4S Deutsch connector is the detail to verify before ordering if you're integrating with an existing power management system.

This Product Is For You If

You want a pair of compact LP-series pods with IPT peripheral lighting, DDC cooling, and amber DRL backlighting.

You want 8,857 total lumens per pod (6,885 forward + 1,972 IPT) in a 5.1-inch Driving/Combo clear-lens format.

Your mounting application is compatible with the universal stainless steel mounting hardware included.

Your wiring system uses or is compatible with DT06-4S Deutsch connectors.

This Product Is Not For You If

You need vehicle-specific mounting brackets — source those separately for your application.

Your wiring system uses a connector other than DT06-4S Deutsch and you have not confirmed adapter compatibility.

You want a red, blue, or green backlight — those variants are available but are for exhibition use only and are not legal for public road use.

You need a larger LP pod — see the LP6 Pro for higher forward lumen output.

Product Family Reference

Variant

Forward Lumens

IPT Lumens

Total per Light

Form Factor

Backlight

LP4 Pro — Amber (this product)

6,885

1,972

8,857

5.1 in

Amber DRL

LP4 Pro — Red/Blue/Green

6,885

1,972

8,857

5.1 in

Exhibition only

LP6 Pro

11,225

1,972

13,197

6.5 in

Amber DRL

Red, blue, and green backlight LP4 Pro variants are for exhibition use only and are not legal for use on public roads.

Common Questions

How many lights are in this kit?
This SKU includes a pair — 2 LP4 Pro pods and 1 wiring harness.

What is the total lumen output per pod?
Each LP4 Pro pod delivers 6,885 forward-projecting lumens and 1,972 IPT peripheral lumens for 8,857 total lumens per light across a 200-degree usable spread.

What is Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT)?
IPT uses 4 dedicated LEDs per pod to project 1,972 lumens of peripheral lighting around the main forward beam, extending the total usable light coverage to 200 degrees.

What is Direct Ducted Cooling (DDC)?
DDC circulates air through the front of the LP4 Pro housing and over the rear heat sinks, improving cooling capacity and sustaining output performance during extended high-output use.

Are the red, blue, and green backlight variants road-legal?
No. Red, blue, and green backlight LP4 Pro variants are intended exclusively for exhibition use.
