The COR-5200940 is Clayton Off Road's tie rod steering stabilizer clamp mount for the Jeep Wrangler JK, JL, and Gladiator JT. The clamp mounts to the tie rod or drag link and provides a stud mount and hardware for the steering stabilizer end, compatible with factory and most aftermarket stabilizers. It is the required tie rod-side companion part for the COR-5209010 stabilizer relocation bracket on JL and JT installations — the COR-5209010 raises the stabilizer above the tie rod at the axle end, and this clamp provides the corresponding tie rod-side mount point. The clamp fits any aluminum or steel rod up to 1-5/8" OD, covering the JK factory 1-3/8" tie rod, the JL/JT factory 1-5/8" tie rod, and custom or aftermarket bars within that diameter range. Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Clamp this mount to the tie rod or drag link at the desired stabilizer attachment location — verify the clamp is positioned to allow full stabilizer travel through the complete steering sweep without binding.
• Torque the clamp hardware to specification — do not overtorque on aluminum tie rods; verify the clamp does not deform the rod OD under load.
• Install the stabilizer end onto the stud mount and torque the retaining hardware to specification.
• If using with COR-5209010 relocation bracket: install the axle bracket first, then position this clamp on the tie rod to align with the raised stabilizer mount position. Verify stabilizer angle and travel before final torque.
• Verify full steering sweep from lock to lock with no stabilizer binding or contact after installation.
• For JL/JT complete kit: order COR-5209011 which includes both COR-5209010 and this clamp (COR-5200940).

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard JK/JL/JT wheel and tire combinations. Stabilizer mount position affects stabilizer angle and travel — verify no binding through full steering sweep with your specific tire size after installation.

Engineering Question: What is the OD of your tie rod or drag link? This clamp fits rods up to 1-5/8" OD — if your aftermarket tie rod exceeds 1-5/8", this clamp will not fit. Also confirm whether you need just this clamp (COR-5200940) or the complete JL/JT kit (COR-5209011, which includes both the axle relocation bracket and this clamp).
