The COR-4500300 is Clayton Off Road's custom front adjustable track bar builder kit with a 2.0" axle-end Johnny Joint, designed for solid-axle Jeep platforms (XJ, ZJ, TJ, LJ) running high-steer conversions or custom front suspension geometry. The primary difference from the COR-4500340 (1.6" lower) is the axle-end joint: this kit uses a 2.0" forged Johnny Joint with a 2.0" body width and 1/2" thru-bolt, compared to the 1.6" joint's narrower 1.6" width and 9/16" thru-bolt. The 2.0" joint provides a larger articulation envelope and is suited for applications where the axle-end bracket spacing or load requirements exceed what the 1.6" joint is designed for. The final length range is also wider at 29-13/16" to 35-11/16" center-to-center — nearly 4" more maximum length than the COR-4500340 — covering a broader range of axle positions, lift heights, and custom bracket locations across all four platforms. The frame-end joint is identical to the COR-4500340: a 2.5" forged Johnny Joint with 2.625" body width and 9/16" thru-bolt. Both joints are RH thread for double-adjustable length tuning and are greaseable and rebuildable. The 24" unfinished DOM tube (1.5" OD, 0.156" wall) is cut to the required length and welded to final dimension by the fabricator. Compatible with 1/4" brackets at both ends. Made in the USA.

Installation & Fabrication Notes
- Fabrication required. The 24" DOM tube must be cut to your required length and welded to final dimension. This is not a bolt-on track bar.
- Verify your axle-end bracket uses a 1/2" thru-bolt — this kit's axle-end joint uses a 1/2" thru-bolt, not the 9/16" used in COR-4500340. Using the wrong bolt diameter will result in improper joint retention.
- Determine your required center-to-center length before cutting — final range is 29-13/16" to 35-11/16".
- Verify 1/4" bracket thickness at both frame and axle mount before installation.
- Grease both Johnny Joints at the zerk fittings before first use and at regular service intervals.
- After installation, verify full steering sweep from lock to lock with no contact between the axle-end joint and the high-steer knuckle or tie rod.
- Set track bar length with the axle centered under the vehicle at ride height.
- Torque frame-end 9/16" thru-bolt and axle-end 1/2" thru-bolt to your specific bracket specification.
Wheel & Tire Fitment
