Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Front coil spring replacement requires a spring compressor — do not attempt without proper spring compression tools.
• Disconnect front sway bar end links before removing OEM springs to allow full droop for safe spring removal.
• Verify upper and lower spring perch isolators before installation — replace worn isolators to prevent spring noise and premature wear.
• After installation, perform a front-end alignment — caster and camber will shift with ride height change. At 4.5" of lift, adjustable front upper control arms are strongly recommended to restore caster.
• At 4.5" of lift, front CV axle angles on the JL approach OEM design limits — inspect CV axle boots and joints before and after installation; consider heavy-duty replacement axles for aggressive off-road use.
• On JL models with ADAS (forward collision warning, lane keep assist): recalibrate front camera and radar sensors per Jeep service procedure after any suspension height change.
• Torque all suspension fasteners to OEM specification after installation with vehicle at ride height.

Wheel & Tire Fitment

Compatible with standard JL wheel and tire combinations up to 37" tires on a 4.5" lift. Running 37" tires at 4.5" lift may require fender trimming on some JL configurations. Larger tire fitment (38"+) will require additional modifications — verify with your builder. No load range restriction imposed by this spring set.
