Installation & Fabrication Notes

• Rear fabrication required: Weld-on rear mounts require a qualified fabricator. Front is bolt-on.
• Alignment: Full front alignment required after installation. Carli recommends a qualified alignment shop familiar with lifted Super Duty trucks.
• Torque specs: Follow Carli installation manual torque specifications for all suspension fasteners.
• Break-in period: Allow 500–1,000 miles for suspension components to settle before final alignment check.
